"I looked at many tile companies on Angie's List, looked in the yellow pages, and went to many tile stores. I liked samples I saw, but didn't find what I wanted, so made my own design. When I would ask for estimates on installing what I wanted, they were reluctant saying it might cost a lot because I was mixing tiles la-ti-da. Alberto came and saw the tile and design I had and gave me a great estimate (and also told me how much and what kind of mortar and grout was needed as I had no idea). I chose him to do the work and am really glad I did. Alberto and Jose did a fantastic job matching my design perfectly. My floor is absolutely beautiful (Alberto took several pics for his portfolio!) and the grouting in the kitchen and bathroom is clean and white. He was a very quiet, pleasant man to work with and appears to take great care and pride in his work, and his niece Gabby (who helps translate) is also a very nice lady to work with. The Floor It Today salesperson, Sean, came out the first time and took very low measurements, thus making his price much lower than other bids we received. When this was pointed out, he came out, measured again, raised his price but didn't change his measurements. The third time, we measured ourselves, called Sean out to re-measure and finally got the numbers right. Our biggest fear was that he would short order on material, installation would begin and we would have to wait until additional material arrived. Very difficult to give a rating on this company as we were not so pleased with Floor It Today but cannot say enough good things about their installers"
