He initially provided us with a free walkthrough estimate of our entire house to include some couches and rugs in addition to the carpets that needed care. He was very thorough and provided a reasonable estimate for the cleaning. It took me a few months to pull the trigger on utilizing his services but I am beyond pleased that I did! Fred showed up early to stage before his associate arrived and I couldn’t be happier with the turnout of their work! He is kind, very friendly, and in my opinion reasonably priced. "We visited the business several times before deciding to purchase carpet there. The owner was professional and provided information without being pushy. He came to our house to measure and provide a quote. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a day. They did not charge to move the furniture (the other businesses we looked into did). We could probably have paid less at Home Depot or someplace similar, but we were interested in patronizing a small business that used their own employees to install the carpet instead of contracting out. The carpet was installed in September and we have been very happy with it. I would recommend Carpet Time highly."

"Gary, the owner, sent his crew who arrived at the designated time and were very professional throughout the entire process. Prior to the cleaning I had a lot of questions and Gary was always responsive and kind, never frustrated with me, which could have easily happened, because not only did I ask him many questions, but, I also changed the date for the service two or three times as we had the So Cal May Gray which we hadn't seen in a number of years. The heat we had in the winter had disappeared and I needed for the carpet to be dry by the end of the day. The carpet and upholstery came out very well considering that both the sectional and the carpet hadn't been cleaned in a while. The nap of the carpet came back and looks great. The area on the arms of the sectional where it was dirty from normal use they got it clean and the sectional looks great too. I will have Gary come and clean for us at least once a year if not every six months.
The cleaning took about 2 hours. We had him clean the living room, dining room, hallway and two bedroom plus the huge sectional. Everything was pretty much dry by 6pm. CCR did a great job

"Wood flooring in hallway.  Carpet in 4 other rooms.  Carpet installation was good.  Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up.  There were air gaps when walking on certain planks.  The installers were a couple of senior guys
who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky?  Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs.
Mike, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns.  Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction.
Mike is a man of his word and represents his company very well.
I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous.

"After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!
If we need any floor coverings or window coverings in the future, we're calling Andre.  Thank you, Andre and thank you, Angie's List.

"John and the staff at Alden's Carpet and Drapes are absolutely the best.  They're friendly, knowledgeable and work to your schedule.   We installed new carpet in two large master bedrooms, a hallway, landing and stairs.  The installation crew arrived at 7:30 AM, moved all the furniture, including an upright piano, had the old carpet and padding removed and new padding and carpet installed and the furniture back in place before 11:00 AM.  These guys are the greatest."
