"Brian showed up on time and was very honest and friendly.  He performed the seasonal maintenance on our AC which was installed a few years ago by a different company.  I appreciate that he gave us an honest assessment of our system.  He was very thorough in what he did, going through each component.  We have a split air return system and the original installers had blocked off one side to meet the SEER rebate requirements, but makes the noise level a little louder.  I asked Brian if we should open up the 2nd side and he took the time to do an evaluation without charging us extra.

Air handler moved from bottom floor to upstairs attic, higher capacity central AC and all ducts changed. Beautiful work done in 3 days with detailed report of what was done.
