That is NOT the case with Garafano Electric- they were so amazing that I just called them to ask them if they can refer us to other amazing service providers. Quote: William arrived on time and took his time explaining his process to my husband. We bought an older home and William discovered (previously undiscovered) knob and tube wiring and explained several interesting facets of older homes to my husband. He took the wiring issues in stride and recommended what should be addressed right away and what could wait a day or so. He gave us a competitive, fair quote in a day or so - but honestly my husband liked him so much I think we would have hired them no matter what. Work: The crew arrived EXACTLY on time every day. It actually seemed like they were waiting outside our door until their watches clicked over from 7:59 to 8:00 a.m. then they rang the bell. They brought their own materials to protect our hardwood floors and removed them when they were done. They were courteous, fast, and very friendly, explaining everything they did to my husband. Everything worked perfectly. Best of the best!"

"From the start, Steve and his workers were very professional. They were upfront and honest when they inspected the panel and suggested proper repairs. Unlike other contractors I've dealt with before, Steve and Bryan were quick to return phone calls and showed up on time the day of the repair. Its was obvious that Steve and his crew had a great deal of experience with electrical repairs as the work went without a hitch. The crew did a good job at performing the work and cleaned up the area when complete. Steve came back out the following week to meet with the City Inspector in case any questions came up. "Luis and his team were very professional and efficient in getting the work done. I had new electrical outlets added, upgrades completed in a bedroom, and outlets installed for a TV and electric mounted fireplace with no visible plugs. Everything looks clean and seamless. Highly recommend! They also installed flat LED ceiling lighting & a in both the bedroom and living room and a fandilier, which turned out great. The owner personally made sure to contact me when his crew was on their way, which I really appreciated. I would definitely use them again and have already reached out for another home project!"

"I was very pleased with the response to my request for service and the manner in which everything was done, but the price was extremely high for the effective results. over half the costs listed in the estimate included repair and replacement of my door bell-telephone connection and after beginning the repair, they discovered that they did not have the ability or knowledge to repair BUT THEY CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR IT AS IF IT WAS REPAIRED. $163.00. Also the price for installing 3 occupancy light switches is excessive, my agreement notwithstanding. These charges cause elderly people like me to be suspicious of being taken advantage of. The controllers were no longer functional, so will budget to have them replaced in near future. Hot tub circuit breaker was fine, can now have someone come repair hot tub.
