"I reached out to Roland’s Roofing after a major hail storm damaged the standing seam metal roof on a new owner/builder house project. From quotation to completion, the entire roof replacement process went very smoothly. The project took less than a week with craftsmanship and attention to detail that are second to none. Bryan, Robert, everyone on the roofing team and the office staff were professional, honest and extremely polite. I can’t thank them enough for a job well done. I am looking forward to working with Roland’s Roofing again on my next project."

"As a person, Mike is nice. He is no nonsense and gets down to the point. His pricing was great, and the quality of work was great.....However, he is not good at calling you back. Sometimes it takes several messages and several days before you hear from him. When we had our roof replaced, he had to take our solar panels down and the critter guard that was protecting the solar panels from the squirrels and raccoons (we have a huge problem with both). When the roof was done, the solar panels were put back up but not the critter guard. We called Mike to inquire when we might get it put back up. He said he would call his solar guy. We had not heard anything after about a week so we called him back. Then we called again, we finally got ahold of him and he said he could not get ahold of his solar guy. He will give us his number. We called, nothing. Then, Mike said he would order the critter guard and send out his roofing guy when it came in. To this day, NOTHING. STILL WAITING."

"Our 6 month old roof started to leak after a rain storm. I called Maddox on a Saturday and he came out within hours to evaluate the issue. He determined the roof was not installed correctly and was in need of repair in a few areas. I decided to remove all to the decking and replace the bad sheets and reshingle. The roof was done in about a week from the initial phone call."
