"The electrical was already there. They hooked up everything. They took out the old unit and they put in a new unit. It was just a great experience. We were very happy with the product they installed and have had no problems. It went really well. It took them like a day. I had compared prices with other companies. The lower price and high quality that I got from them and excellent customer service made me grade them A overall. I had no complaints whatsoever. They left the service area clean, I didn't even know they were there. What exceeded my expectations was their customer service. Lechler's came out the next day, replaced the splash guard that he had installed because the correctly colored item hadn't arrived at the time of the initial installation. Not the only did he replace the part, he blew off leaves from he entire roof at no charge! We have received positive comments from our neighbors on how well they look. I've encouraged them to use Lechler gutters for their homes, too."

"I received a prompt call back after contacting Whittle's. Eric came and checked out the issue... and gave me the bad news. With all the shingles that would need to be replaced, in the worst case, we were looking at ~$1,000. I gave him the go-ahead. Two days later the repair guy, Bobby, called me and set up an appointment. Only the weather delayed the work from being done the same week. He showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and after taking off some siding to better understand the issue gave me the news. There was a drainage issue, the damage was minimal, and the fix required no new shingles. He fashioned and installed a diverter to eliminate the problem."
