"We hired Ivan to replace bent drawer slides on a large large vanity drawer. He showed up right on time twice, (we purchased the wrong size replacement slides the first time, so he had to come back a second time). The vanity drawer and original slides were problematic, so Ivan had to tweak the new set to make sure they were working properly. He stuck with it, and did a nice job! Ivan is a good communicator, and we were pleased with his work! We’ll definitely hire him again."

"Corey arrived actually early, immediately took off his shoes to protect my floors. We went into the bathroom to assess where to places the hardware. He was very helpful in advising to put the grab bars on a slight slant which I appreciated. He cautioned that the installation of one grab bar in the shower area could be a problem because of potential cracking of the travertine tile. I chose to take the risk. All the installations were trouble free and accomplished in record time. I then asked him to take a look at a bifold mirrored door in the bathroom that would not close and had stumped two visits by Lowe's reps. He fixed this also in record time. While he was on site he was friendly, respectful and even insistent on cleaning up some minor debris before he left. Overall it was a pleasure to work with him and in fact I asked him to return a do a paint job in the near future. Highly recommended to one and all."

"The man in charge handed me a form to complete an Angie's List review right there on the spot.  I wasn't satisfied with their service but I felt pressured to give them a positive review since they were standing right there.  He said they ask all their customers to complete a review on site.  If I felt pressured to write a positive review, I imagine many other customers felt the same way. Junk Bee Gone's Angie's List score isn't an accurate reflection. <br> <br>The man in charge handed me a sheet explaining the rate they charge according to how much space is filled in the truck (stacking bottom to top). He took a look around and decided how much space he thought it would take to fill the truck. We agreed on $300, assuming he took everything I asked him to take.  I thought the price was high for what little items I had but I agreed since the truck was already there.  Instead of stacking items bottom to top, they threw everything haphazardly into the truck.  They told me they would donate all the items worth saving and recycle everything they could.  In the end, they broke all the donation worthy items.  I overheard the other man saying the truck load was going to the dump.  I called Junk Bee Gone because they claimed they donated and recycled items.   <br> <br>One of the men ended up getting stung twice so they stopped working.  They didn't pick up any of the scrap wood or debris under the deck.  I asked them to give me a price discount since they didn't finish the work.  They refused.  I feel I over paid by at least $100.  I would not recommend Junk Bee Gone to anyone.  It's better to rent to a U-Haul and fill it yourself.  Even with the U-haul rental and the dump fee, the cost would be significantly less than $300. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>"
