The doors do operate more smoothly and quietly.  The technician said he did not have to replace any wheels and the other items I on the package I bought.  They were not needed.  He did accept the vouchers as payment but the total value of the package was more than what I purchased. 

I called Overhead to see if I could use the extra money I spent on other garage door work that was not a requirement for operation but I did not hear back from them.  I paid $90 more on the Angie's list package than just a regular tuneup on the door would have been.

I just did not understand what I was getting.

"Arriving on time, he got right to work and it took no time at all, which surprised me at first! He sealed some problem areas and three boot pipes and took photos of the things he worked on, also noting other areas/issues that he figured I needed to be aware of.
