"Was able to replace our water heater same day and it couldn’t of been easier for us."

"Patrick was promptly in figuring out what our issue was. He was able to rod the line and get the water to start draining out. Explained why the line clogged and what to do to help it from happening again. He will be my go to plumber"

"It couldn’t have gone better! Carl was experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, he smelled gas which is why he replaced the valve on my water heater. It was a great visit!"

"The job to replace water heater was done well overall. They claimed that an additional plumbing job was mandatory and that they would not proceed without that. There was no way for me to verify whether this was mandatory or not. I had requested them to wait for me to review the additional work (I drove home while they begun the job). I may have been 3-5 minutes late and they were gone. I requested that I would appreciate if somebody comes by and shows me the additional work and the cost justification for it."

"Excellent service by Moe who has been at our home a number of times from Climate Master. He is thorough and explains everything done in detail. Will certainly continue to use."

"This is by far the best company I've ever dealt with for HVAC... They made an appt to come out at 7am to replace my boiler and they were here at 6:50am. Jorge was awesome I would highly recommend them. A+"

"We actually had called Emanuel Brothers first since their name was on the water heater. But, after the amount of time and money they quoted us I decided to check Angie's. We had John come out and take a look and he told us he could do the same work for almost $800.00 less! I can't say I didn't have some trepidation. First, just how is it possible to do so much less work than we were told would be necessary (we had 2 water heaters. Neither of which worked after nearly 20 years, that had to be removed first to make room). And, for so much less. Emanuel Brothers were so perplexed by our situation that they had to call the boss to come out and explain everything to us. But, John had this "no problem" kinda attitude. Both refreshing and disconcerting. But, in just a couple of hours he had not only delivered a new water heater, he had the other 2 removed and the new one installed. And its been working flawlessly.

"First and foremost, Triton answered their phone and then spent about 20 minutes via phone with me to explain everything in detail.  They then quoted me the best price of all 6 companies I called.  (I also used an Angie's List coupon, though).  I wasn't sure if my Rental Property needed the water heater replaced so Leo brought an extra one in the truck "just in case".  After replacing the one at my residence, when we arrived at my rental property, he walked me through every detail of why that location also needed a new water heater.  They also gave me a rockin' deal because I purchased two of them - and had them both installed on the same day.   A few days later, I learned that I accidentally wrote them a wrong amount on the check.  When Leo called to explain the situation, he was calm, kind, and - again - explained my error in detail without being nasty.  Although I felt like an idiot, they were very nice about my mistake, and I put another check into the mail to them on my next payday.  They handled a difficult situation very well, as many contractors would have played the blame game.
Way to go guys!  I will definitely call you in the future for any of my plumbing needs!
Thanks for a job well done at a great price!"
