Including - what work was required to open broken door, benefits of door with a motor opener, placement/location of motor in garage, how motor opener works (battery back-up, sensors) I am especially pleased with the molding that closes the gap between the door and the garage. The molding will help stop heavy rain from entering at the bottom and will keep dust & wind debris from entering at the top. The almond color of the door matches the garage trim perfectly (Kris suggestion). Victor cleaned up the area well. All this in spite of 100*F and high humidity for the area."

He removed the old opener, installed the new one, changed out the door button, installed an outdoor key pad opener, adjusted the springs, lubricated all the moving parts and reprogrammed my car opener. Daniel was polite, personable, hard working and knows everything about garage doors. The opener they sold me is of the highest quality. Boy the difference is amazing. All the noise is gone. The new one has a back up battery which is great since I've had several electrical outages where I could't get my car out of the garage since I'm not strong enough to manually lift and close the door. "Prompt response to estimate request.  Patrick followed up email questions promptly.  Two parts to project:  new post installation for gate on one day and new gate installation on second day.   Price very reasonable compared to other estimates received.  Patrick's worker, Fausto, was very thorough and courteous.  On both days, he and other workers worked quite diligently to get things done.  They also cleaned up thoroughly.   The gate appears to be working well and we are pleased so far.   Only issue - be clearer about when work would be done.  We were surprised when Fausto showed up on a Friday, instead of when we were told - the following Monday or Tuesday.  But at least we have the gate sooner rather than later.
