"First of all The Plumbers sent out Jesse and Todd to finish the work here, were very Professional and took care in not ruining the tile work of sink and were very good at cleaning up after themselves and was pleased they wore booties coming into the house. Jesse made it a point to get this problem fixed and taken care of promptly while still being very professional and explaining what he was going to do every step of the way. I purchased the deal for $89 for $200 of plumbing work and figured it would be enough. Well not really the old fixtures were very old and rusted, the u joint as well as other parts on the bottom were so old had to be replaced if I wanted new fixtures the initial price was 369 in minus the200, halfway through the project after a lot of work it turns out that the old fixtures were not standard at all and were a lot more narrow in diameter than american standard, so to accommodate I would have to either find the narrow diameter fixture or have a person trained in marble come and open up the hole..I said I would try to find the narrow size, if I couldn't find they could special order narrow size and place them in and I would pay for the fixtures. Ok after multiple days and specialty shops there was no narrow size available. So we went with option B and had the install their own brand Turns out was still to big to fit hole and with no sink I figured why not and had them grind down and take the risk so the new price including the fixtures was $769 including the $200 From deal so total was $969 pretty pricey, I am assuming I am paying 100 per fixture as I am using theirs. The Guys were Very professional and understanding regarding the size of the fixture holes. All in all if I had to do it over again I would have kept my original fixtures, maybe hired a handyman. But who knows how that would have turned out."

A great technician came on the next day at the right time and started working with diligence. He was the friendliest, funniest, and the most hardworking guy I've ever met when looking for house repair services. He encountered difficulties with the pipes at first and was eventually able to remove the blockage. "First, Flood Doctor is the most professional and accomplished company I have ever dealt with in my 68 years. Starting with the owner Nathan Suazo, Jack his lead assistant, and then down to all his other workers, there is an extremely obvious desire for their work to be the best and completely satisfy the customer. I have never seen such passion to do outstanding work!! For example, his painter painted a room and it looked fine to us. Mr. Suazo came by and made the painter return to get the room perfect. They are so trustworthy that we allowed them to put the house on a lock box and have free run of the house when we were away for several days. I can tell you that I am extremely paranoid about those things and basically trust virtually no one outside of my family. Their work was timely and Mr. Suazo went out of his way to help so many times that I lost count. Several examples are: coming to the house when the insurance adjuster came out to ensure that the adjuster gave us fair and complete compensation for all repairs; installing new door handles and lighting plates at no charge for labor when he noticed they were old or tarnished; bringing tile samples to us several times and then going to a show room to help us select new tile; and many other extra efforts too numerous to list. Bottom line: I give this company the highest recommendation possible"
