"When our landscaper said we had a bee problem after they were stung, we called in the experts at Critter Control. Roger and another tech arrived early for our appointment and went to examine the area after we provided them the information we had. Well---there was no bee nest found, nor any signs of bees in or around the utility boxes within the landscaped area. We are so grateful that Critter Control is upfront and honest. They gave us helpful information on signs to look for but didn't even charge us for their inspection service call. Now this is amazing customer service! Thanks Critter Control!"

"Prompt response by estimator who stated price for bee hive removal ($1499) AND BEE EXTERMINATION ($499) and we agreed to bee hive removal. He would not produce a written work order with pricing! Did not come with needed planned long ladder, so 3 hour delay in starting. Excellent service men. They could not find hive; so extermination completed. Then bill for $999 plus tax. So far, attempts to talk with supervisor unsucessful. Very poor business practices."

"Josh is wonderful. He got the rodents out of our attic and sealed 12 entry points. They have not returned!!! He also does our pest control and does an AMAZING job. "Although 2 traps failed to capture the armadillo, the animal left voluntarily and there is no more digging. We understand from personal experience that Armadillos are extremely hard to catch. Spoke with the owner of Hi-Tech Pest Pros who made an agreeable adjustment & was very concerned that no armadillos had been caught. Owner was very personable & wanted to make sure we were satisfied."

"I set up a date with the company and gave my address and a time. The truck arrived promptly, but he treated the yard two doors down. When I realized his mistake and went after him at my neighbor's house, he was apologetic and promptly backed his truck to treat my front and back yard. I would have given a higher review for an honest mistake, but within 12 hours after he left, and no rain, the mosquitoes were as bad as ever. It was his last stop of the day, and I wonder all the solution in the tank had been used up by then. My neighbor was happy for the free service!
