"On the morning of Friday, April the 1st (not an April Fool's post by any means) as I was going to my car to go to work, I noticed water pooling under my water heater. Needless to say I was not happy. At work (I am a high school teacher) I called Bill Howe plumbing to see if I could get my water heater replaced that afternoon. Well they were able to fit me in. Since I teach until 2:50 pm, I could not accept the 2-5 window. They were able to create a 3-5 window for me (I live very close to the high school at which I teach). I sent in pictures of my water heater which allowed the tech to bring a new H2O heater with him. My tech was Darryl Fountain. Darryl is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and skilled. I like to watch professionals work and he was happy to explain all he was doing, answer all questions I had, and work efficiently. Darryl is a tech (plumber) I would absolutely recommend to anyone to work on any plumbing issues. I called Bill Howe because of amazing service and work from years ago, and this was in the back of my mind as I called Bill Howe plumbing that Friday morning. If you can, ask for Darryl. You will not be disappointed."

"I purchased a deal of $99.00 for $300.00 worth of services.  I knew I'd likely be spending a little extra to get the two fixtures installed, and my total cost including the deal was $258.00. Initially the response was fine, and I was offered one of the three dates I chose for the service call.  I asked for an estimate for the installations and provided photos of the vaulted ceiling as well as a detailed description of what I needed.  I had to wait a for 5 days and had to prod a little to get an actual reply, but eventually spoke with Heron, who gave me a quote.  After looking a the various deals offered for similar installations I was satisfied that they were fair prices.  He even gave me a price for hanging the chandelier that was the same as another deal Comfort Electric was currently offering, so I really appreciated that.  Beau was the installer, and he called me in advance to let me know when he would arrive.  He was extremely pleasant, polite and professional, and listened to my wishes about the height and location of the fixtures.  He was able to access my attic space without any problem, and fished a line to connect with a constant power source.  I have a remote control with my ceiling fan so there was no real need to cut into the drywall other than to hang the fan.  He installed everything beautifully and without any damage.  He cleaned up any debris as he was leaving, and had completed the job in just a little over two hours. I'm very pleased and I will definitely call them in the future to install another ceiling fan in my bedroom. <br />"
