Cristian will give you an honest estimate for the work needed, and a very fair price once the work is done. Cristian will tell you what work needs to be done, and if you’re not home, will text you photos of what needs to be done. ( wife Home while I was at work) Cristian told me that most service tech aren’t really interested in fixing your appliance, but are more interested in charging you a service fee ($50-$75), then telling you your appliance can’t be repaired, or parts are no longer available. They do that 8 to 10 times a day, and make more money making service calls, than actually fixing appliances. I have to admit that that is exactly correct, because i’ve Experienced it. Cristian is an honest appliance tech, and you won’t go wrong using his services!"

"Tim was very friendly and respectful. He found what was wrong with our dryer very quickly. He told us that the part might not be in stock and that it may take a couple of days to get the part and get it installed. But to our surprise Tim called us the very next day, to let us know that he had the part and that he could get installed that day. My wife and I were so happy to get our dryer back up and running. "Dmitri responded to my text requesting service within five minutes.He said that he would come to my house the next day, between 12:00 and 2:00 PM. He arrived at 11:45 AM. He diagnosed my non functioning oven and broiler to be a faulty igniter. He had a replacement in his vehicle. Since he had repaired the oven so quickly, I asked Dmitri to repair the water dispenser in my fridge. He is very knowledgeable and his pricing is very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him."

"Excellent - We wanted to change our AC/Gas furnace system to a heat pump system and decided to use Tarpy. They provided a very comprehensive review of our needs, and spent additional time with me on the phone to help me choose the best and the most cost effective system for installation.
