After troubleshooting failed, he scheduled a time for first thing in the morning to repair the issue. Issue was fixed on Saturday by 2 pm. Temperatures were in excess of 100 degree. Tech was adamant the situation would be resolved before he left. Would recommend this company again."

"Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."

"He is very good. I had another company come in that I had used for years, and they came in and said my water heater needed to be replaced. On an whim, I called Bruce's Air, and he came in and said it doesn't need to be replaced, just this part. He replaced the part, and everything was fixed. It cost me $70 compared to about $500 to $600. If I ever move back to El Paso, I would use him again."
