"I highly recommend Rene Lopez and Renaissance Restoration. They have completed a number of jobs at my house. The latest involved renovating a garden room, which included repairing and painting walls, hanging new doors, re-plumbing a sink, installing recessed lights, rebuilding an outdoor stoop, and lots more. Rene does any project I've asked him to do well, and always does a little extra to make it even better. He discusses options with me and offers what usually turn out to be great suggestions. He always responds promptly to phone, email, or text questions, and always shows up when he says he will. He and his crew are a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely hire them again without hesitation."

"I was not very happy with their work. They came twice. They charged me for the thermostat. The next day it stopped and then they charged me for the control panel. I got upset and asked why the guy before did not diagnosis that. I wasn't very happy with that. For the price they did not do a good job. They came out really fast. The workers were professional. They should have done the right diagnostic the first time instead they had to come twice and I had to spend money twice. That's cheating.
