The repairman was there for about 7 minutes, charged $150.00 to say the opener is old and I should keep it until it stops working completely. Their labor rate must be between $900 -1000.00 per hour Then gave a $674.00 quote for a new opener and asked if I wanted to replace the opener. As he did not actually do any kind of service or repair, what was I charged $150.00 for? Obviously, I will not be using this company again as they lack ethics and integrity. Garage door openers are about $140.00 - 175.00 at most hardware stores. Why would I pay this company almost $700.00?"
