He explained the process and cost and warranty, and the price was very reasonable. I signed the contract and put down the deposit right away. And two weeks later his crew came and did a great job. They clean up very nice after the job too. I was worried about the leaks before snow comes, but now I feel so good that it is all done. I received other quotes from other companies, And they said that I had to replace the skylight window that would have cost me much more and it was not necessary. And Doug never mentioned that I needed a new skylight window. If you need a new roof please do not hesitate to hire Prefered Roof System. And you will not regret it. If I need a new roof I would definitely hire them again."

"It was not great but not terrible. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 5. They were really expensive. It is a good product if you are willing to spend the money on it. The installation was poor. They left some cracks in the walls and did some damage to our home. They were pretty punctual. They estimated that the project would take 2 days and it ended up taking 4 or 5. I would probably shop around before using them again."
