"Nathan arrived at the property on a cold, rainy day on time and with a professional, friendly manner. He was neatly dressed in company logo attire. <br /> He took his time inspecting the exterior of the house and surrounding grounds looking for any issues with the building, roof, retaining wall, vents, windows etc. <br /> He used another 4 hours for inspection inside which included crawling under the house inspecting the crawl spaces and attic.
