The project included building a vaulted ceiling/roof and tile work on top of an existing concrete slab. The main features of the patio include a gas fireplace, stone accent wall and sitting bench, ceiling fan, water connection for outdoor appliances, and additional power outlets. Johnny remained a high level of customer service through the 2.5 month period from initial contact through completed project. On rare occasion, homeowners needed to bring some matters up with Johnny regarding subcontractors. In each case he resolved the issues within 24 hours. (The 4-month delay in writing this review was to ensure no quality issues arose; none have, which speaks to the high quality of craftsmanship.)"

I would not change one thing that was done.. My home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, formal living and dining, family room, breakfast room, laundry room, and kitchen (3000 sq ft). It took a total of 10 weeks to be the job completed due to the carpet selected being on back order. My only complain was the wholesaler used. Not all the items I selected was not ordered and the quantities were not correct on a few things. This lead to the delay in completion of the project. This was not on Beau."

"Dave and his brother are professionals. They have a great crew with exceptional work ethic that provide an exquisite quality of work. Dave accommodated our schedules and came out for an initial assessment for our master bedroom remodel. We have an old house that needs a lot of work and were wanting to be closer to our baby upstairs when she arrives next year. Dave returned with had some great ideas he suggested incorporating and really sold us on the finished product. Communication is always key with these decisions and Dave always made himself available to update us on progress, inquire on how we thought the work was going, and offered solutions to problems that inevitably appeared along the way. My wife was very happy with the process and we were very comfortable leaving our home open to the work crew or being around them in the home. Sometimes the work crew would be there early before I left for the day and other days they would be there late when my wife arrived. Their focus was always to stay on schedule to complete the remodel. They laid out protective flooring before they began and cleaned up everything before they completed the project. In fact, I was inadvertently home when Dave's brother came over after the clean-up to do a final pass and double check that we were satisfied. Very nice people. Of course everyone is always concerned with budget and I want to tell you the work came in on budget. The finished product was worth every dollar and better than we could have imagined. In fact my wife told me it feels like we are sleeping in a hotel room every night. We have more projects for not only our house, but my mother-in-laws on the horizon and I know we will be using them again. No doubt about it."
