He was so quick. He looked at the problem, I said I was going to pay you for this, and told me what to do to get rid of the mold. I tried to pay him and he said no. He said I will not take your money. I did what he told me to do and I got rid of the mold, and he called me later that day to see how it works and make sure if I was happy,, and I said yes. "Jeremiah came out and tested the air and moisture and other items to determine if I had mold in my basement. After getting the test results there was evidence of mold and he recommended a company that provides a do it yourself kit for mold remediation. (Not cheap). After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of. He mentioned most companies will take care of the mold but not necessarily the cause of the mold. For this I would have to contact another company."

"Christopher was great. He does not perform remediation, just does testing. Returned my call quickly. Scheduled a day and time to come out within the next 2 or 3 days. Arrived on time. Explained everything clearly and worked efficiently. Results and a full report were emailed to me the next evening. A very small amount of fungus was found in one area which he did not believe needed remediation. I cleaned the area properly anyway and now it's all good. I would definitely call on Christopher again if needed. <br />"
