"We contracted Winthrop Place for a remodeling job that included converting an extra room into an additional bathroom & converting the adjoining room into a bedroom (adding a closet, new doorway and framing the existing doorway) for my elderly mom. Michael and crew did a fantastic job. They were very professional and completed the work in a short time frame, making the house much more accessible for my mom. They took care to preserve and re-use the house's original wood trim/moulding so the new rooms tie in perfectly with the existing spaces. Michael has many years of experience and it shows in both the quality of the work performed and the suggestions he offered along the way. Finding a contractor for a big job can be very stressful, these guys made the whole remodeling process easy & painless. I'm happy to say that this company knocked it out of the park in terms of quality of workmanship, timeliness, and fair pricing. Can't ask for much more than that. "Larry and his two associates arrived on time and Larry covered the entry from my garage to the basement to protect the entry floor.  Larry had a checklist he covered with me and the team immediately started the crawlspace work, bringing their materials and ladder to the basement.  The existing fiberglass insulation was removed from the crawlspace as well as other debri.  The insulation was placed in large bags before removing from the house.  Insulation was then added to rim joists and around the crawlspace walls.  At that point the gravel was smoothed on the crawlspace floor and the liner was rolled out.  The liner was sealed to the walls. This work took about six hours.  After the Basement Guys team had left I did notice that one area of the liner / crawlspace wall had not been sealed well.  We called the Basement Guys and they returned within a week to finish by sealing this area. <br />"

"Had new roof put on our home three weeks ago. J/sales was very thorough at explaining all options of materials so could make informed decision and gave estimate by end of meeting. G/project manager was very accomodating as to providing a few special requests during job. We had a new skylight window applied also. They had to remove old shingles before applying new roof and was done quickly and professionally. We also had gutter guards put on our barn, comes with 20 year guarantee, cant beat that! Give them 5 STARS!"

"After a bit of confusion (due to a previous quote from another technician) regarding our deep crawl space, we and Ayers finally made a joint decision on the best system to use. Gage Pederson, the Foreman, did an outstanding job of explaining what they were going to do, kept us totally informed each step of the way, and repeated everything, along with the warranty at the end of the job. We felt free to ask any questions and Gage replied with confidence and quickly. I can’t say enough about this young man’s professionalism. Ayers needs to keep him long term, and putting him in sales earlier than later. He really knows his stuff. He gave us complete confidence that the trenching and encapsulated system will work! Cody Redman and Andy Best were also on the job and did an outstanding job. All three of these guys worked their tails off, not stopping for long. When they left each day, Gage was sure to say what time they would return the next day. They called each day to say they were on their way, and showed up sooner than their expected arrival.
