"We had a new garage door installed today by Josh Abt from Precision Garage Door. I was completely impressed with the job he and his helper did. They showed up on time and did a great job installing the new door. He corrected some mistakes the previous installer of the old door made and now it works perfectly. Josh was very thorough, the door itself is a much better door design than the old one. He showed us how to maintain it and explained the few improvements he made. He and his helper were very polite, got right down to business and had the job completed in 2 to 3 hours. I cant say enough positive things about Precision Garage Door and their installers! "The system works but does not hide well when installed in very historic homes (1848). We are trying to improve while maintaining historic integrity of home. We did not have a clear picture of how it would look in our home, before purchase. Emphasis has been on function, but with no consideration for beauty. System hides very well in new homes & works well. Crews were courteous; company pleasant; just lacks dedication to historic aesthetics. We would have liked to have known this. It would have made a difference in our choice."

"We initially thought that there was a leak in the line for which a quote was provided. Once the line was uncovered to repair the leak it was discovered that the entire line (lead pipe which had been installed when the house was built in 1967) was corroded and would probably continue to spring leaks even after the first was repaired. The contractor recommended that the entire line be replaced although he was more than willing to repair only the leak for the initial estimate of $195. I agreed with his recommendation.
The repair was expected to take several days so the contractor ran a temporary supply line to the house so that we would not be without water.
We were totally satisfied with the work that was completed and that the employees were professional and courteous.

We talked a little bit and I got their contact information. The staff I met were very friendly. A few days later, I called the company to schedule a free quote. They called me back quickly and we arranged a time for them to come out and give us an estimate. They were on time and gave us a fair quote. I had two other local roofing companies provide quotes as well. One took a week to call me back and then their quote was twice as much. The other company came out to inspect the work that needed to be done and then they never followed up! I signed the contract with Nail It Down and they came out to work on my roof the next day! They brought out around six guys, worked quickly, and finished in just two days. They had to install new roofing due to wood rot and install new gutters. Overall, the new gutters look great and they cleaned up my driveway so well, it was like they were never there. I would highly recommend Nail It Down and even passed on their information to my dad who might also need some work done on his roof.
