Paul was on-site for two of the three days and walked us through the entire process before starting so we could fully prepare for the repair (which pretty much took away the use of our kitchen and master bath). Paul's personnel were also very professional and courteous, ensuring that they cleaned up at the end of each day and explaining what work was slated for the next day.
