And I just hired them to replace the bathroom tub faucet. Specifically I hire Richard with Cass plumbing and he enters my place without me their bills me fairly. I will use absolutely no other plumber or plumbing company to enter my residence without me present. And if they are a little bit more expensive itâ s totally worth the peace of mind in the quality of their work and knowing that my place will be safe even though Iâ m not there. And their work is guaranteed.. I would absolutely hire them if I were you without reservation."

"There are some companies who do just enough to get the job done "semi-adequate", and then there are others who really go above and beyond who take pride in their work and are incredibly thorough. That is the type of company you have here! Trent and Daylon were very thorough in hydro-jetting my main sewer line. They also cleaned out the filter that goes from my septic to my drainfield. (Which was the above and beyond part.) Wasn't charged for that:) Pricing was very reasonable! So nice, in this day and age, to see a company who really cares about customer service, and a job well done! Thanks guys! I will be using you from now on!!!"

"I called Michael at 6am and he called back at 7am. Said he could be at my home at 10:30. Showed up promptly at 10:30am. quickly determined my line to the main sewer was blocked and went to work clearing it. Was neat, courteous and fast. Also fixed the toilet flange that was not fitting properly. Price as well in line for the job and not unexpected. I will use/recommend Massey Plumbing again. His partner Todd is also excellent."

"I was very happy with my tech Jason. He worked very hard in the terrible heat and did not slack off. He did a great job rerouting my sewer lines, as I have two septic tanks and eliminating my old iron pipes. He was very professional, prompt and did a great job with clean up. "The first person came to check both toilets as neither were working. Did fix the second toilet that day but could not fix the master one as he did not have a cutter to cut the limb out. Had to come back the next day. A second person came and did remove the limb but there was no guarantees on their job even if it the stoppage wasn't caused another limb. Was not too happy about the price. Paid $165 the first day with him telling me it would be another $85 unless they had to put a camera down. When I received it was $285 not $250 for the stoppage so my balance was $120 for stoppage. No camera was used but it was another $85 to reset water closet and $140 to repair flange which was not told to me the first day. Had to pay another $345."
