"We had a 50+ year old home that had not been touched since it was built. We planned an install to include new tub/shower, toilet & sink/vanity. Unfortunately, the floor in the upstairs bath had been repaired by the previous owner due to an on going (unknown to us) leak. So in addition to the planned remodel, we had to have the sub-floor removed & replaced. Kyle gave us the best bid and was able to easily work around our ever changing schedule. Kyle provided recommendations & measurements for the supplies and we were able to choose and purchase what we preferred. Kyle's crew was professional & polite. Everyday, they worked long hours, cleaned up and would let us know when they would be returning. In addition to that, the work was outstanding and exceeded our expectations! Professional, pleasant, precise, meticulous and beautiful! We have no reservations hiring Kyle Beym Home Improvement for any future remodel project."

"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again."

"I liked the estimating and proposal process. John was very clear and the cost was very nicely laid out. He has a list of subcontractors he uses and they all did an excellent job."

"David and Team are amazing. They constructed a 500 sq ft master suite addition for us. The craftsmanship was excellent, workers were kind and respectful. David is extremely communicative, transparent, and had staff working every day (which does not always happen with contractors as sometimes they just don't show up). Another big plus was David did not nickel and dime for everything, including small adjustments to the plan, making the process much less stressful. We really appreciated the relationship and could not be happier with the final product. David is definitely now our "go-to" for any housing projects we need done."

"Benji and the ProHome Remodels team completed a room addition for us and did a great job. Benji did a great job managing the project and communicating updates clearly. We're very happy with the quality of the work and the new space looks like it was always part of the original house. We really appreciated Benji’s professionalism and attention to detail, we highly recommend him and would hire him again."

"The contractor showed up on time and provided me an estimate. He provided a follow-up estimate for the cost of materials. He was professional, attentive and kind. My project is on hold."

"The whole Manifest team was great to work with! Josh made my vision come to life and made a stressful process easy and seamless. Communication was also top tier. Couldn't be any happier with my kitchen remodel. His team also repiped our entire house without any issues, which included a perfect repair of the damage/paint afterwards - was like nothing happened. Will definitely continue to use Manifest construction moving forward and recommend to all my family/friends."

"Excellent craftsman. Great attention to details like corners and edges. He repainted stucco where deck was lower than previous deck. Detailed invoice and good value. I now have a beautiful Trex deck."

"I had an excellent experience working with Larry McGee and his team at McGee Construction for my home remodel. From start to finish, Larry was professional, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring every detail was perfect. His crew was hardworking and respectful, completing the project on time and within budget. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results and highly recommend McGee Construction for any remodeling needs!"

"We performed a whole home renovation inclusive of a bathroom addition. We needed design and build services for a 1960s home. The team was extremely professional and communicative which made for a smooth and thoughtful experience. The team was very organized in their execution and ensured all the decisions were made in a systematic fashion making the process feel easy. The day to day work staff was so respectful of my family as trades came in and out. For such a large project, it felt easy and detail oriented. We love the final product. It is absolutely beautiful."
