He was just a great person to work with. We are looking to use him again to remodel our bathrooms. What is nice about Jacques is that he is a custom cabinetmaker. So especially when you are going to retrofit the same footprints there is a lot of custom work that has to be done and he can just do it on the spot, and that is what made a huge difference."

"Kyle Beym Home Improvement exceed all expectations! We hired KBHI to remove a very outdated looking wall attached to our fireplace, move the gas line, remove some outdated bricks in front of the fireplace and propose a solution for removal of the outdated wood. Kyle and his team were incredibly professional, clean and responsive. As an added bonus, he found the perfect compliment brick to replace the outdated wood that was wrapped around the fireplace. During the process, our flooring installers were behind and we needed Kyle's team to postpone a day or two--he did it without any issue and was right back to work instantly when the flooring people finished. "We hired HQ Remodeling & Design to remodel our kitchen and living room, and we?re very happy with how everything turned out. The project included removing walls to open up the space, adding a large kitchen island, new flooring, and building a custom entertainment area around the TV. Rapha managed the project and was great to work with. He kept us updated, stayed on top of everything, and was always easy to reach when we had questions. The hardest part was dealing with the city and inspections. There was a lot of back and forth and some unexpected requirements, but HQ handled everything directly with the city and made sure it was done properly without putting that stress on us.
