"I had used Richard on an earlier repair and liked him and liked the work he did. When I wanted an extension of my existing system I called him. Unfortunately, the new drip system broke underground almost immediately. When I called to get it repaired, I was told I would have to go to the back of the line. In the mean time, I can't use the sprinklers and the front yard is dying in the heat. If your work fails within days of being installed, good customer service would seem to call for fixing it as soon as possible."

Phase Two: landscape design, choosing materials and plants....Tom hit it out of the park with his tireless commitment to painstakingly conceptualize, design, and select individual plants one by one.  We worked together on ideas, met at nurseries to make final selections, and he would make revision after revision until he felt it was perfect.  Another A+.
Phase Three: installation. Now that the plants have been placed throughout the yard and all other material: stones, ground covers, mulch, etc. has been selected, all  installation will be done over the next week.  I'm 100% certain it will be another A+---that's the only way Tom and his crew operate.
