Carpenter arrived on time. Worked continuously for about 10-12 hrs replacing front external steps. Board cuts created tight 45 degree picture-frame fittings. The overall work was very well done. Painting was not included. If I need add'l or new work, I will call this firm and definitely recommend them. "

"Awesome company! I had gotten many quotes ranging from $200 to $300 to replace ONE shingle on my roof. Mr. Deaville did the job quickly, competently and for a great price. "If you are thinking of outdoor or indoor renovating and don't know where to start, Jeff helps you visualize what you want and he patiently explains the best and most affordable methods and materials to use to achieve your dream without breaking the bank. We first hired Jeff in 2015 to create stone steps and walkways. We liked the result so much we worked again with him in 2017 when we dreamed about transforming our lackluster backyard. He patiently listened to our ideas and then designed our backyard oasis for us. He created an acre sized flagstone patio that included stone walkways and stairs, raised stone flower beds and circular stone fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen area. The project came in on time, on budget and to this day has no drainage or settling issues. In 2018 we hired Jeff to complete interior renovations which included plumbing, carpentry and electrical work. "The quality workmanship of the crew was evident from day one. However, customer service by the project management was something else. Our project was nearly completed... only 2 small finishing tasks to go. Both tasks could have been completed in 2 hours or less. A month and a half later they were finally done! Luckily, I stayed on top of them with constant texts, emails, phone calls, and even an in-person visit to the office. Constant promises to come this Friday or the first of **next week** were always given but never delivered upon."

"We were in need of multiple projects for outside home repairs. We also wanted ONE contractor if possible to go through for all projects. PBR fit the bill and then some. From Soffit / Fascia repair / replacement, pressure washing - re-painting all work, to a seem-less gutter system install, it has been a great experience to have PBR on the job. From start to finish, we have been overwhelmed with their outstanding experience, knowledge of things that needed to be done, timely cost estimates and an immediate response to all projects and a "Top-Notch" job each and every time. We even ran into a repair that was needed on our roof which was not a problem for PBR. It was an additional cost which was to be expected. It was also more than reasonable. Their repair was exacting to code and saved us from a total roof job. The repair was exceptionally well done. "They kept putting me off. I ended up hiring a company on my own that was not referred by Angi. All the Angi referrals were not professional. They drag you around around and eventually just quit communicating. It would be nice if they just said they would pass that they are too busy. The company I hired is back logged to Dec. But I still hired them because of they are professional, even came by early. Gave me the quote right while still at my house, on their computer. Did more upgrades then anticipated (but actually wanted) So the job ended up much bigger. But your referrals never came around to find out. We have tried to use Angi several times, only one of those times did not actually pan out to be a good one."
