"Called for estimate on faucet installation as well as room addition. Project manager responded a few weeks later with appointment time. Very courteous, lowest verbal quote so far for the job, explained faucet installation would be approximately $125 per hour and some one would be calling about appointment. At least a month passed no call, called them and set up appointment for faucet installation. No written quote received as of this writing for room addition. Bathroom remodeling manager, Jason called a day prior to confirm appointment and job. Person showed up on time, very courteous and professional. After about 30 minutes received call from Jason explaining they did not have appropriate tools for job and appointment would have to be rescheduled. I agreed appointment rescheduled 2 weeks later. Again showed up on time very courteous, after about 30 minutes explained again they did not have material for job since this is an older home and would be back in about 45 minutes. After about one hour they returned. After a bit of unpacking, etc, 30-40 minutes spent trying to turn off water supply which was shown to them, theres one valve for entire home. Continuously during the job he spent about 10 minutes at a time on phone with wife/girlfriend/boss about other jobs, etc. Overall satisfied with work but presented bill for three hours which included initial view prior to going out for part! Needless to say I am still waiting for resolution as I refused to pay for their unpreparedness, fumbling with parts, unpack, and most of all about 10 phone calls during which they went outside for privacy!"

"Tim and his Team did an amazing job on renovating my porch. Their work was done very professionally, and the changes made was great in preventing my dogs from damaging the screened in porch from the bottom as they had done before the renovation. The vinyl siding around the bottom half of the porch gave the porch a more professional look and protected it. Tim also renovated my kitchen by giving it a modern facelift with the installation of a newly installed Quartz Kitchen Island top in place of the older Granite top. The work overall was done timely. The Porch skirt took a while due to a tree I had to get approval to remove first from my HOA, and the new Island was beautiful and took some additional time at the end, due to important unexpected changes in contractor schedules. I would recommend Legacy Remodeling to my friends for their remodeling projects."

"She was fine. We were working long distance and communication took place via phone and email. I would not ever hire someone long distance again for design work unless I see something on their website that is exactly what I like. She was very responsive though and she provided us with pictures of sample furniture and physical designs. I gave her a 'B' because she didn’t take a lot of time to customize the plan to our style. I expected her to adapt to our style, but instead she tried to make our living room fit her style. She seems to have a look that is her style and we actually asked her re-do the plan a few times before we got something usable. In the end, she is very good at what she does and she is very professional, but her design style doesn’t fit our way of living."

"The windows arrived on time but there was six windows that arrived with half screens , which are fine for opening the bottom half of the window but opening the upper the screen does not fit well to the window and bugs just come on in... was promised replacement FULL SIZED screens NEVER happened! March24,2020 we had the final windows installed but the kitchen window screen was torn before it was even off the truck...was again promised a quick replacement . I have called repeatedly about the screens to be promised again and again to have them soon... it’s now 4 months later and STILL no screens!!! We bought top of the line windows so they’d last a long time and do enjoy fresh air in the house often but can not open the Kitchen window because of the lack of the screen!! NOT HAPPY!!!"
