Service call was okay.  Magic Plumber installed the kitchen faucet at $234.00 and repaired a leaky faucet sink at $78.00.  Surprisingly, the cost for the faucet installation was significantly higher than the faucet I purchased ($179.00) and provided the plumber.  My total plumbing bill was $312.00.  I estimated that after subtracting the part for the leaking sink, the labor on my plumbing bill was $302.00.  This was a definite I opener as to how high plumbing service calls can cost.  I did need and appreciate the service, but I feel taken advantage by the aggressive exorbitant fees.  A definite eye opener.

"Wilson Delgado's repair and restoration of our wooden kitchen table and chairs was outstanding. It had scratches and stains and it is now perfect! It looks better than when we originally bought it. He added a beautiful finish to the table so that it shines. And he is simply the nicest, most customer oriented, honest person. His quote was so reasonable and he did the whole job within 2 weeks! I highly recommend him and his company!"

"We were very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work done. Our basement flooded requiring a complete rebuild. Mike and his team were timely with delivery of an estimate, very communicative and we greatly appreciated his vision and suggestions. Because of the quality of work we decided to use him to replace our roof as well. I would highly recommend MJL to anyone and have actually already referred him to family."

"They came in, said "we can replace the hose, but if the bolt is rusted and goes, you'll need to replace the water heater. " They got the bolt off and saved us a lot of money."

"Garbage disposal replacement. Price was right and better than larger businesses. Came very promptly. Very friendly and professional. Provided excellent guidance on the disposal. No upsell effort, just care for the customer. Highly recommended."

"Robert called when he was enroute and arrived early. Hired him as an electrician for the day. During the day he replaced 2 ceiling fans and replaced 5 outside lights on the porch, garage, and back porch. He replaced a fuse for the ceiling fan, and changed out the front doorbell switch after trouble shooting it. He replaced a smoke detector and he replaced two light fixtures in our bathrooms. After completing all electrical work early, he gladly changed out a faucet in the powder room, and put up new 3-piece bathroom fixtures in all three bathrooms. All in a day's work. Robert was very professional the entire period and only stopped work after his 7 hours were up. Would gladly recommend his proficient and professional service. Terry Reid (Col USMC retired)"

"I called Rescue1 based on Angie's List reviews and was not disappointed.  Il left the repair cost box blank because everyone's needs will vary, based on the job, complications, etc.  I did call two other plumbers for estimates, and Larry's estimate was extremely competitive.  Larry listened to my description of the small rust marks around and on my water heater, and agreed that it probably needed to be replaced.  I'm happy that he is tech-savvy -- the night before the repair, I thought I had a major problem, and texted him with the question.  He responded ASAP to my question -- problem solved!  He and his assistant showed up on time, used the little booties religiously, and got right to work.  He was attentive to my concerns about the placement of the drain pan and heater itself.  He even made a proactive fix to a drain pipe because he didn't like its potential for leaking. Larry answered all my questions, educated me about how to keep the water heater running well, and had a great can-do attitude.  I will definitely use Recsue1 for my future plumbing/gas work.

"Now called Precision Plumbing and Drains did fantastic. Came out for a quote and was able to replace my ejector pump right away. Very knowledgeable and concerned with detail."

"Seth is wonderful! I’ve always wanted a farmhouse sink, yet always told it was not possible with standard cabinets. Seth made it work and it’s beautiful! Everyone that sees it LOVES it. In addition to being creative, he was very responsive, conscientious, and his rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend him for any work and have already sought estimates for additional projects."

"CSI was flexible and was able to schedule a home inspector the day after I got a bid accepted on a house. The inspector, Patrick, showed up on time and the inspection took about 4 hours. Patrick was responsive to any questions I had by email or live during the inspection. My one recommendation is that I requested a pest, mold, radon, and home inspection. It would be a better heads up if they explained that they sometimes outsource the radon inspection depending on availability of radon inspectors. Also, they can explain a bit more for new home buyers what is involved with a mold inspection. Patrick ended up just eyeing whether he spotted any mold. Because he did not see any mold, we did not have to pay extra for mold samples."
