This group did it all. The initial visit to assess the issues was informative and helpful. We could see our choices. They offered sound advice and looked at ways to save us money where it was possible. We ended up replacing about half the boards on the oldest deck. The finished product on both decks looks amazing -- like new. The workmen were thoughtful, knowledgeable, hard working, and polite. I was impressed that they even followed up with tips on maintaining the decks for years to come. I will definitely have them back every couple of years just to check on the decks and preserve the investments we have made in them. My highest recommendation."

They did all sanding by hand (no large sanders) and painted on all stain and seal by hand. They did the work quickly and were very responsive to requests as needed as the job proceeded. "Mr Lopez did a walkthrough and pointed out the loose fence posts and said they needed to be replaced. Gave us price options for 4x4 and 4x6 replacement posts. We went with the 4x6 since we felt they would be able to support the fence portions that were not replaced, and the 4x6 looks fine. When they took out the old fence posts (many of which were put in 3-4 years ago by another company) we could see that some were rotted through, and some of the 7' posts were sunk only 6" into the ground. So we are very glad we replaced them. In all they replaced 21 posts plus the 12' section of fence. The replaced fence and gate look great. Mr. Lopez' crew could replace most posts without going into the neighbors' yards, which was convenient. It took 2-3 days to repair all the fences , and the gate was installed later. He and his crew were polite and professional. There was a minor issue with the gate being too narrow (measuring issue), but they put in a shim to correct for that. It still looks great. We definitely recommend Lopez Fencing."
