"I got a call from Kyle around 4:55 pm. He said he was able to come out around 7 pm, keep in mind, Hyper Flow closes at 5 pm. Kyle came out of his way after hours, ran a camera through my sewer line, snaked out the line, and then showed me on the camera the second time that the line was clearish. "All went well with one exception. if your repair leader tells you to ask your floor people whether they or the plumbers should take up your expensive vinyl floor, do not do it! have the floor people take up your floor. the floor people can remove without damaging it and the plumber cannot. we ended up paying $5000 to replace the floor, which would not have been necessary if we had the floor people do it."
