"I bought a dishwasher at Home Depot to be installed, They came out  and said they couldn't do it because I didn't have a shut off valve and one needed to be installed be for they could do the job.  I called ProServe told them what I needed. Tech came out, said I didn't need a shut off valve, the one in the laundry would be fine. "All of the parts required for the job were staged before the technicians arrived.  The technicians were very nice and competent and they put down a drop cloth to protect the carpet and rug leading to the stairs to the basement where the furnace was located.  They removed the old, flood damaged furnace and the old air conditioner.  They installed the new furnace, air conditioner, the new exhaust and combustion air piping required for the high efficiency  furnace and replaced the copper tubing from the new air conditioner compressor to the "A" coil in the duct work.  The technicians answered all of my questions and I was impressed with the finished product.  I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
