"From planning to installation, the staff of Steve's Overhead Door was a pleasure to work with. Their staff member guided me in the details of selecting a garage door for a new construction shed. The price was fair and the product excellent. I scheduled the installation a week in advance. An associate came out in advance to take measurements. The installers arrived exactly when scheduled and had the new door installed and operational in less than 90 minutes. The door operates perfectly and looks great."

"The technician pulled a roller off the door; then told me all the rollers were bad. He wanted to replace them for $150. I asked him if he checked the other rollers; he said no. The door is very easy to raise & lower by hand so I told him no. I asked him if he would check & lubricate the chain. He said that would damage the unit. The owners manual recommends checking the chain tension & adjusting it if needed. He did not look at it at all. He did not perform a safety check either."

"Wallace construction came to my door after seeing shingles missing on my roof. Unlike the fly by night contractors that typically do this approach, Denise was very friendly, had a logo shirt and truck and was very professional. They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key. Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Our new roof looks great and definitely improved our curb appeal. Will use for future projects, and I even have a few in mind."
