"We worked primarily with Vitaliy ( salesperson ) and Roman ( delivery & install ). The entire process was very smooth from start to finish. We checked out a large variety of product options in the store and Vitaliy brought samples of our favorites to our house when putting together the free estimates. Initially we were only going to do two rooms, but he put together 3 different estimates and we realized it made much more sense to go with the option that would cover the whole first floor (except the kitchen which is tile ).
They delivered the flooring right on time, 1 week ahead of the install date in order to allow it to acclimate to our house. Once the install started they worked around our needs as far as the order of the rooms and scheduling the work. The complete installation took roughly 5 days and for the most part we were able to keep one room 'operational' by shuffling furniture back and forth.
It's always hard when doing a big project like this to continue living/working in your house, but Roman did a great job keeping the mess to a minimum and he was very respectful of our space throughout the process. He cleaned up thoroughly every day before leaving, and I was really pleased with how hard he worked, and also amazed that he could keep such attention to detail after 10+ hour days. Speaking of details, our house was built in 1948 and full of complex transitions, funky angles, squeeky spots and a mish-mash of trim. Roman did an awesome job prepping the floors ( removing squeeks using screws, leveling, etc. ), selecting matching transition pieces, and cutting/notching out the existing trim-work to make the new flooring fit seamlessly. I was really surprised by how much work this turned out to be, and really pleased that the final invoice was right in line with what they had quoted me!

"I am getting ready for a new kitchen and am acting as an owner contractor, so needed a lot of little things done that a general contractor (like Mark) would normally oversee. Great communication with owner Mark prior to job; he made recs for other contractors I have hired. Day of, there was a little scheduling mix-up, but, soon remedied. Mark and Travis quickly pulled out my old cabinets in great shape so they can go to Rebuilding Center. Then after this was done, Travis took over for the rest of the weekend. He was organized, capable, efficient and thorough, checking with me frequently to make sure projects were meeting my expectations. Both he and Mark frequently said "We just want you to be happy" which is a position I sincerely wish everyone in my life would take! When things came up, as they invariably do, solutions were quickly found, with various outcomes clearly explained. When I originally outlined my project for Mark, he estimated that my do list would exceed the 16 hours I contracted for and this was indeed the case. I plan to finish this project with them. As a single woman, I sometimes feel patronized or, occasionally, have had contractors try to take advantage of my presumed ignorance. I never once felt that these two were anything but respectful, courteous, and desirous of meeting fully my expectations. I would not hesitate to hire them again. I wish my budget would have allowed me to let them manage the whole project!

Dale, who performed the work knew exactly what he was doing, he was quality oriented from start to finish. The work was completed on 4 October, I held off writing this feedback in hopes we would have a couple of extreme downpours so I could verify the basement would not leak. Q guaranteed the basement would not leak again, or they would come out and fix it. The cost of this job was reasonable and I was able to use the discount coupon. "Cabinets are great. Work was fast--less than one week. Final product was all I could hope for, and I'm very happy with it. A few minor issues. Clean up wasn't perfect--I still have a piece of equipment and a drill bit at my house that were left behind a few months ago. Also had some miscommunications--I thought they would provide cabinet pulls and they thought I would. Not a big deal, but had to make a last-minute run to the store for them. I also thought they would install the microwave surround they suggested, but it turns out they only do that if it's all there when they're doing the work (and even then they'r apparently not supposed to); mine arrived damaged and had to be reshipped, so it wasn't there (and still isn't installed...)"
