He was responsive to all my inquiries and was available sooner and with a better price than anyone else we contacted. He is a one man show, learned his craft from his father and takes pride in a job well done. The seams in the laminate are virtually invisible. We thoroughly enjoyed having him in our home and I would hire him again in a heartbeat."

"This business took the time to come to my home first to see 5what needed to be done before giving me a final estimate so there would be no surprises to the end result. He is very pleasant and easy to work with. He is extremely precise and works in a timely manner to get the job done. They left the working area in excellent condition and I had no clean up to do. "We had the company build a custom entertainment center, we liked it so much we had them remodel our kitchen to match.We had our kitchen Done not to long ago but we loved the look of the work so much we had to do it in our kitchen. We got three bids and there price was in the middle. They told us the job would take three weeks and it took a little over two! They explained the schedule with us at the contract signing and stuck to it. There was some one at our house every day,and they worked at least 8 hours a day. They were very clean. They built custom cabinets, installed a granite counter with undermount sink, and put a stone floor in. Our kitchen looks very custom! We love it and would recommend them to anyone!

"Overall, the project went very well. Mark was great to work with - he totally got the vision for the bathroom update. The work involved moving plumbing, moving electrical, replacing a window, replacing the tub, retiling the shower, retiling the floor, putting up drywall, installing a new countertop Travis is a wizard with a tile saw, and I must say that the quality and workmanship; is unmatched. While the bulk of the work was being performed, Mark & Travis were right on point - it was great to see progress being made every day. They were also totally respectful of the living space and in general, great guys. If there's a sour note in this symphony, it's that the last 5% of the job (installing the window, minor finishing touches) took about as long to complete - 4-5 weeks - as the major work did. The project started in July 2015 and wrapped up in early October, though the bathroom was totally functional (i.e. 95% done) by Labor Day. After Labor Day it was difficult to get in contact with Mark and schedule the final work; a situation in which I think any customer/contractor might find themselves in at the end of a project, as I imagine he had other jobs to ramp up and manage during that time."

"Needed to select granite for our kitchen countertops and were pleased with the huge variety EleMar offered.  Staff was very helpful and after we made our choice they brought in their big "lifter" so several slabs of the same pattern could be lined up side by side.  Two slabs were needed for our job and this way we could decide which two were the closest match.  We reserved those two for our fabricator to pick up when they were ready to do our countertops.

"We had a difficult situation where we suddenly needed to have the job done pretty much immediately. Polly of Beaverton Tile went way out of her way to make it work for us. She arranged for her people to do the job on weekends and after hours to fit into the schedule we needed, even though the job was additionally complicated by her employee's family emergencies and by last-minute changes on our side. She helped us work out problems that came up during the job. The tile looks beautiful. It doesn't quite line up straight with the wall in the kitchen. I suspect that may be partly because the house is old and doesn't line up straight anyway."

"Everything was done on time and as agreed.  There were no surprises.  What was explained to me as to how the job would progress happened just as described.  The dirt was removed, the wall was cleaned & a skim coat of cement put on, then waterproofed, a french drain was installed and then backfilled.
The only recommendation I have for improvement, and why I put a 'B' on professionalism, is that some cleanup could have been done a little earlier than it was.  Everything was cleaned completely at the end of the job, but during the job drink containers and other nonconstruction debris were lying around the work area.  This didn't bother me too much but my wife wishes that at least before a weekend things could have been cleaned up a bit more.
Working with Q was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again."
