He then snaked out the drain, explaining what he was doing, and what he found. He made some suggestions of how to reduce lint and other debris that can contribute to drain clogs. I appreciate the fact that Grumpy's quotes a flat rate over the phone to clean a drain - they don't have to come out, for a fee, to give you an estimate - and that because Grumpy's is just a drain service, they don't try to up-sell you on plumbing repairs."
