He gave us a timeline for his work and maintained it throughout his work. He patiently explained the operation of the entire system to my wife and me (both 80+ years old). He responded, both quickly and effectively, to all communications, was punctual, highly professional, knowledgeable and pleasant, and he completed his work in accordance with his quoted price (adjusted for a couple of small items we requested after he began his work). I unhesitatingly give William Parr my highest recommendation to anyone in need of the same or similar services."

The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."
