"Wow! Within seconds of submitting my request on HomeAdvisor, I received a call from Bill Metzger Plumbing offering assistance. That alone was amazing to experience, but then the representative said she could have a tech out within 30 mins. He actually showed up within even less than that! I really cannot believe they had someone available *at the ready* to come out and replace our busted hot water tank. Luis was super friendly, patient with all our first-timer questions, thorough in his explanations, super professional and really exceeded our expectations! Thank you, Luis and Bill Metzger Plumbing!
