I then had to wait for parts to be ordered after diagnosing the broken freezer. I didnâ t know if he was going to order it. He said to call the office and tell them to order it which seemed weird. Then I couldnâ t pull out the refrigerator to unplug it myself in order to let it sit for 24 hours defrosting once the parts were in.. I was told on the phone that I had a circuit to the fridge that I could turn off. He had never seen my outdated box. Finally had it repaired which was quick at that point. He diagnosed and fixed the problem SUPER quickly with a new ice maker he had ready in his truck. I was a bit disappointed that the $100 I paid for maintenance was something that I could have done myself had I known how to do it, but that's my bad, not theirs. I used an Angie's list coupon for $25 off, and, due to the high cost of repair, was able to negotiate another $25 off. (Original price was $489). Overall very happy because it was very professional from start to finish with no disruption whatsoever in my kitchen.
