"MDTECH sent their repair tech Paul to figure out what the issue was. Paul thought it might be the rollers, and he was right. One of the rollers was badly worn, and in less than 30-minutes Paul; vacuumed out the debris from the roller inside of the dryer, replaced both rollers, put the dryer back together, tested it, and was back in his truck off to his next service call. "First of all, Arthur is amazing! He is an exceptional worker and explains everything throughly. Our high-end kitchenaid fridge broke down after Thanksgiving. "Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance.  Set up a date/time.  Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem.  Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available.  That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance!  Quick and tidy service.  Thanks!

As a result of the significant number of positive reviews on various sites, including Home Advisors and similar competitors as well as my personal conversation with Bob, I decided to make an appointment to enable him to physically examine our washer and as appropriate revise his estimate based on our phone conversation. Having been a member of the upper team at three multi billion dollar, multinational conglomerates for 30+ years and direct interaction with thousands of suppliers of both goods and services, I felt confident in selecting he and his company to perform the required worked. While observing and conversing with Bob, I found him to be an incredibly knowledgeable and highly skilled technician, who worked diligently the entire time he spent replacing the required part(s) and repairing our washer. His knowledge and skills were well complemented by his customer service (e.g. informative, communicative, honest, trustworthy, and on time, etc...). It’s important to note that Bob has a value system which was the standard for all companies and individuals, in that he made every effort to minimize cost, while maximizing performance.
