They actually care! They would always clean up after themselves. The doors were closed and locked when I came home. Without exception, the crews were respectful of my property and of me. Originally, due to the pandemic, we had some issues with having to wait for products. Once the item arrived it was at the house and the crew was busy installing it. PK Salt worked seamlessly with my designer and decorator. My new kitchen, flooring and bathroom are stunning! "Working with Shane was awesome. The best part was how he kept us informed on the project. There was no guess work. Shane always returned phone calls immediately. If there was a problem Shane would take care of it immediately and completely. He was all about customer service and making sure everything was right. The addition is beautiful and the bathroom remodel turned out perfect. It was a complex remodel and Shane made sure it was done right. There are always issues that come up during a project (expecially since our roads were being resurfaced at the same time so access was not always easy) but we knew that Shane would be on top of it to resolve it. He was fair, honest and we really enjoyed working with him. I will definitely refer his company to any one who is in need of work at their home. He also added the small touches that make a big difference. My husband is a hands on kind of guy and Shane had no problem working side by side with him. This was a big project for our family. Rick and his team completed a kitchen remodel, new siding, all new flooring on main level of home, new ceiling finish, electrical and plumbing.
