"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. "Jesse came out to view project and give a quote. He was on time and very helpful. He checked our water main for pressure and found a small leak at one of the joints. He was able to tighten the joint and the leak stopped. He replaced the cartridge in the bathroom sink and was able to reattach the handle. He was efficient and professional. Pricing was reasonable. He tightened the piping to stop the leak rather than pushing for me to replace the joint at this point. If it does continue to leak I will have Guardian replace it for us."
