"We are thrilled with out kitchen remodel by Dana King. The entire team worked to provide a gorgeous finished product. Renna Barnes, our designer, deserves a special shout out. Her knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail were extraordinary. We highly recommend Dana King for your next home project."

"Premier 1 Properties completed a major remodel in a little over 4 mos. It was a big job that included removing walls, reducing a fireplace, installation of new windows, doors, removing a bump out window, installing semi custom cabinetry in a completely remodeled kitchen, installation of semi custom cabinets and all appliances. Demo and rebuilt a new larger walk in pantry, installed custom designed hollow tube stair rail, all new light fixtures and recessed lighting in all spaces including hallway. Complete remodel of master bath and hall bath update. Installed new tile in kitchen and bathroom, new fireplace and stone, new vinyl tile floors in bathrooms, refinished hardwood flooring on main floor and installed and stained new stir treads. Installed new freestanding tub and glass shower enclosure, new casement around windows and floor trim. Installed a sliding door and vinyl siding on back side of house. Considering how big the job was, this team did a great job in a pretty timely manner. Eric is extremely consciences of details and I very much appreciate it. The job wasn't without hiccups but that's to be expected. All in all it went very well and we're very happy with the cost we paid and the beautiful outcome we achieved. I'm sure we'll use Premiere 1 Properties again in the future. We would recommend them to others."

"We hired MH Construction for a kitchen renovation, and we are thrilled with their work! Mike and his team were excellent from start to finish. Mike kept in regular contact with us throughout the process, answering our questions and working out the design. He and his team were amazingly efficient, often getting more completed each day than we’d anticipated, and they were polite, professional, and always kept the work area clean and safe. They also went the extra mile and conscientiously fixed unexpected issues they found, including several smaller electrical and plumbing glitches. Best of all, we couldn’t be happier with the end product: our kitchen is beautiful and more functional than ever. We’ll recommend MH Construction to all of our friends, and we’d be delighted to hire them again in the future!"

"Tom and his crew were easy to work with. They are trustworthy and listened to my preferences and concerns. They also kept me informed every step of the way. I am happy with my bathroom remodel."

"This professional team completed several projects for me in the last few years. Projects include the removal and replacement of 17 doors and all baseboards in the entire house; replacement of a custom-made oval window; stair banister replacement and renovation of the existing newel posts and handrails. Current project includes kitchen remodeling including cabinets, counter tops, and backsplash replacements. Their team has a real attention to detail which was evident during the design phase, throughout the installation and even in the cleanup. They are very easy to work with, very responsive to emails and calls and they aim to please. They produce high-quality work and provide good customer service. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat."

"Excellent work and craftsmanship. Excellent communication. Mark was there every day and on time. Reduts also is very flexible for an unforeseen issues or problems that arose. Reduts is a rare conscientious contractor and does whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with the job. Redults remodeled our master bathroom and kitchen. We are very, very happy with the results. Thanks Mark!!"

"This is our 2nd time working with Midtown and the results have been great, both times! Our first experience was a kitchen remodel and we just had a deck installed on our new home. I couldn't be happier with the quality of materials and the quality of work. The deck is beautiful and I can rest easy knowing that it will remain in like-new condition for years to come, with little maintenance."
