"Thank you, Cesar and team, for such a wonderful experience from our initial meeting through the final walk-through! I originally met with Cesar to discuss remodeling our mudroom and laundry room. After our first conversation, the scope quickly grew into a much larger project that included a complete mudroom remodel, creating a new laundry room, updating our powder room, replacing carpet in two rooms with hardwood flooring, and refinishing all of the hardwood floors on our first floor. Were there a few hiccups along the way? Of course—every renovation has them. What truly stood out was how Cesar and his team handled every challenge. They addressed issues quickly, communicated openly, and always kept us informed of the plan moving forward. Their responsiveness and commitment to doing the job right gave us confidence throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to making more changes to our home with Cesar and Top Bros team!"

"Frank and his crew were phenomenal. They responded to all our questions. Changes, and ideas positively and explained the process along the way. They cleaned up every evening before they left, were on time, and respectful of our family. We then hired them for our kitchen remodel and laundry room! Especially pleased with Andrew, Miguel, Patrick, and Dwayne! Frank, the owner, responded immediately when we called with questions and was at our home frequently to make sure the work was moving forward. Quality, professionalism, and definitely will hire again! Highly recommend!"

"Ed and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. What I love the most was how clean they left the house when they were finished. Our floors look amazing and they removed the half wall that separated the rooms as well."

"I have been in and out of a lot of new construction in Lake County, and the work stands out. The finishes are a real step above what you usually see, and the trim, cabinetry and tile were all clean and well executed. What impressed me most is that the house was fully custom, so nothing was pulled off a standard plan. Every detail had to be decided and built from scratch, and it still came out cohesive and thought through. The team was easy to deal with, responsive when questions came up, and they kept the job moving. If your are thinking about building custom in this area, It is highly suggested you to reach out to Icon Building Group."

"Overall my experience was great. Castro prices was reasonable, Castro was able to work within my daily schedule. Castro was very professional. Castro finish product for my basement was OUTSTANDING!"

"Certified Pro-Restorations saved my home after another contractor gutted it and disappeared. They stepped in on Christmas Eve, patched my floors in days, and immediately got to work rebuilding every room—kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, closets—everything. They touched every part of the house: electrical, plumbing, paint, flooring. They fixed both gutted closets, transformed the bedrooms to feel bigger and better, and even helped move my stuff back in. I was constantly updated with photos and input on every decision. They connected me with better deals on materials and made sure the work stayed high quality and affordable. The team was kind, professional, and truly cared. Thanks to them, my house is stunning—and worth nearly double what it was. They didn’t just fix a mess, they gave me my home back."

"They were responsive, got the job done quickly and it looks great. We had two pillars removed and replaced. concrete was laid to keep them level and they painted all of the wood on the front of our house from black to white. Everyone was friendly to work with. I would definitely use them again for future house projects."

"I am very pleased with the renovation results that Cardona services gave me. My 1972 Manufactured home needed an update and reinsulation. My house was drab and chilly in the winter. Ricardo had good ideas and satisfied any concerns I had and it showed. It was recommended to insulate the ceiling first to prevent heat from escaping as it rises. Ricardo recommended R5 insulation board to be covered by a smooth covering. I was concerned it would bring my 7ft ceiling down and feel claustrophobic. But, gaining heat efficiency was the priority so, I agreed to Ricardo's plan. To my surprise, when Ricardo was done, my ceiling seems even higher! The rooms feel more spacious. I love it. The new hallway doors with black knobs are stunning, along with the new black bathroom faucet. My Manufactured home feels like a regular home . We love our new surroundings. Thanks Ricardo and Raymond from Cardona! I highly recommend them."

"Brian was fast, accurate and clean. Best finishing crew we have ever worked with . Great job, The LOG CABIN presented many challenges and the level of detail astounding, Great job on the OFFICE and Kitchen OVerhaul."

"Yaron Cohen and his crew did a great job. I especially valued their ability to find creative solutions to difficult problems encountered during our remodeling project. Their work was on-budget and mostly on-time. I was also impressed with Yaron's ability to listen to and understand our requests - which he translated into technical requirements for his crew. I have already hired him for a couple of additional smaller projects, so yes I would hire him again. In summary, I am impressed and satisfied with the work that was done for us."
