Not only did they save me a ton of money (less than half of MY cheapest estimates) but they tailored my payments to fit my budget and got the job done in record time. The roof has already weathered two severe storms including tornado warnings , and hail and wind shear alerts and came out beautifully. 28 gauge duralloy sheets formed by Perfection personnel and installed by Perfection installers. And FAST?!! It only took them 2 days and there's not a screw or nail showing anywhere !! "I had several bids for the installation of a metal roof on my home. I went with Mr. Nisley. He demonstrated the willingness and patience to answer my multiple of questions. He remained professional and kind through-out the two days of the installation. He was present each day of the process. The work Mr. Nisley done was impeccable and beyond reproach. Mr. Nisley checked to ensure that everything was too my satisfaction and it surpassed my expectation. I was extremely happy with the work Mr. Nisley and his crew performed. "He inspected entire area around the chimney. Found a few spots that could be the leak source so he repaired all of them. Carefully removed the old shingles, put down a rubber membrane snow and ice barrier and then put down new shingles. So far problem seems to have been resolved. He is very meticulous in his work and does whatever is necessary to do the job right. Would definitely hire again."

"It's like a family business-- I've never had anyone that provided such good services. I had leaks coming into my bedroom from the attack due to bad winds blowing off shingles. Even though they were pretty busy business wise, they were able to sneak me in and get the job done before there was more bad weather. They kept in fantastic communication and even sent me cookies! I feel completely comfortable asking questions and speaking with their crew. They cleaned up the area when they were finished and it looked better than when they started! Since my husband and I can't get to the roof, the crew took pictures of the job when it was finished and transferred them to my phone so we could be confident that they did what they said they would. I let them put out one of their signs in my yard for a month, even though I'd leave it out longer if they wanted. Spectacular service!"

"I got a Assessment of what needed to be done because of the damage to my roof it was covered by my insurance. They showed up on time and followed through with the project. I liked the fact that there was no leftover debris or nails in my yard from the roofing. I had a question later and they got back to me right away."

I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.

After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did.

Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.
