"My 30+ year air handling system failed. Mr. Holmes knew that this part of my system was probably done with. He tried a couple of parts that did not work. He had to leave for another appointment, but took a photo and did some research. His suppliers told him that this handler did not exist any more. Mr. Holmes gave me an option of getting and installing the air handler or replace whole new system (new compressor unit and updated air handling unit) with a 10 year guarantee.
