Jay consistently spoke in a condescending manner, which made what should have been a collaborative process unnecessarily difficult. Project management was virtually nonexistent. There was little to no guidance, coordination, or follow-through throughout the duration of the job. As a result, the project felt disorganized and poorly executed. Udi, the owner, proved to be highly unreliable. Commitments were not honored, timelines were not met, and ultimately the job was left incomplete.
