Included in his very affordable price was bringing our chosen tiles and cement and grout with him. He works neatly and takes care to leave the surrounding area and surfaces the way they were when he began the service. I've even filed insurance claims with contractors insurance! I'm in the middle of my 4th and the floor had to be replanked.
